Why it’s different
Up to six grown-ups — parents with full control, caregivers who can log, run timers and take shifts but can’t touch settings. What anyone taps appears on every phone instantly. Twins? Up to ten children per household, a pill to switch between them.
Entries save on the phone first and sync when there’s signal — no spinner between you and Save. The sheet opens pre-stamped with the time and a guess at what’s next, so most logs are four taps. Live nursing, pumping and sleep timers run across every phone.

Shifts, not just a log
That sentence is a first-class flow in mybabynotes — the part no other tracker has. Shifts are household-level: whoever’s on duty has the kids.
Tap Hand off, add a note if you like. The app drafts the plan — next feeds, meds — from his actual rhythm, with an “until” time.
They see the plan on their phone. Every feed they log ticks an item off; you watch progress on a read-only card, or don’t — you’re asleep. A push pings you both when “until” passes.

Yes — every tracking feature, including realtime sync, shared timers, handoffs and push. The code is AGPL. The only thing the hosted plan sells is us running it for you.
Off-site backups, push notifications that work out of the box, a public HTTPS address so invites and password resets arrive by email, and updates you never think about. Nothing about tracking is different.
Both, and your laptop. It’s an installable web app: open it in the browser, add it to your home screen, and it behaves like a native one — full screen, offline, notifications. No app store. (On iPhone, push needs it installed to the Home Screen first.)
You export it — a CSV, any time, from Settings. And the exact same code is open source, so you can keep running it yourself. That’s the whole point of shipping it this way.
